I think yes, in current situation investing in property through buying flat or bungalow or row house is best.
Because in current situation property rates are low,so if you buy a flat now it will be profitable.
And if you are buying the flat by taking loan so it is also profitable because rate of interest is low in current situation.
And due to covid property rates are low.
So in future when this all will be cleared there will be a sudden increase in property rates.
so if you buyed a flat now in this year in 20 lakh so if you decided to sale your flat in 2025 you flat price will be 30 lakh.
And it depends on you how much you can invest in big flat.
If there is a family of 4 members,I think 3BHK or 2BHK are very spacious.

1. 1BHK FLAT of 800 sq foot 20 lakh. But it depends on area,on which floor the flat is!! Otherwise this is the average rate.
2. 2BHK FLAT of 1000 sq foot 30 lakh. But it depends on area,on which floor the flat is!! Otherwise this is the average rate.
3. 3BHK FLAT of 1000 sq foot 45 lakh.But it depends on area,on which floor the flat is!! Otherwise this is the average rate.
4. Row house of 4BHK of 1000 sq foot 1.5 crore. But it depends on area.Otherwise this is the average rate.
5. Row house of 4BHK of 2000 sq foot 2 crore.But it depends on area.Otherwise this is the average rate.
These are all the average Rates you can get the more price than this for example I mentioned the rate of 1 BHK flat of 800 sq foot 20lakh someone can tell more. So it depends on them.
The Rate also depends on the area of flat the 800sq foot rate will be different than 1000 sq foot.
