What is Neurogenesis?

~ When a baby child is born he/ she has 100 billion neuron connections. so talking with that child in different languages makes it more creative and active.

~ Between the age of 1 to 13 there is higher capacity of learning things faster than any other person. thats why some parents keep their child engaged in different classes and things.

~ Any skill can be developed faster in this age group. after the age 13 the neuron production is less or get reduced. after that the speed of  learning  or learning different skills get reduced.

~ So to keep the neuron production stable or to increase the neuron production rate in brain there are few steps or excercises.

~ So basically Neurogenesis is a process by which new neurons are formed in the brain.

~ it is a process in which embryo is developiong and continues in certain brain region after birth and throught are life span.

~ the mature brain has many specialised ares of function , and neurons that differ in structure and connections. the Hippocampus for example which is brain region that plats a important role in memory and spatial navigation alone has at least 27 different types of neurons.

~ In our brain daily 700 to 800 neurons are secreted.

~ Neurogenesis is most active in Embryonic Development.

~ Neural stem cells generate neurons and glia including astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. the transition of proliferative and multipotent NSCs to fully differentiated neurons and glia is called neurogenesis, and gliogenesis.

Ways to improve the neuron production in your brain are as follows:

~ Firstly minimize the use of  electronic divices for example computer,mobile,laptop etc. The radiations coming from these devices reduce the capability of neuron production instaed it damages the brain cells.

~ try to talk less on phones i mean dont talk on phones for a long periond of time. its harmful to ear as well as brain too.

~ daily try to do meditation for minimum 30 min. This help to improve your concentration and increases the size of hippocampus which is a region of our brain where the Neurogenesis occurs.

~  Doing meditation daily secretes various chemicals and these chemicals help in to destroy the negative thoughts or negative connections and build positive connections.

~ Walking increases the neuron production by 60%in your brain .

~ A common thing found in all great mind people is that they had a habit of waliking km and km far. 

~ Walking is very simple and basic exercise to improve the neuron production in your brain.

~ Neurogenesis diet , means taking the supplements which help to improve the neuron production in your brain.

Such as :omega 3 fatty acids,Ginseng,Turmeric,Ginko Giloba,Rhodeola Rosea,Melatonin Etc.

~ Don't stop Learning. Try to learn new skills. You must give challenges to your brain, giving challenges to your brain makes it more strong.

~ for example : you go to gym to build your body where your body tissues are stretched, tored and built.

 

Same way in brain try to keep learning different things keep gaining knowledge because knowledge is power.
