Best food items to eat in rainy season..
rainy season the most favourite season of us. we all like to eat variety of foods. which is common. so people prefer to have a proper food and some people eat variety of food. most common food ate in rainy season are as follows:-
1. Cutting chai.
The typical masala tea or ginger tea is the perfect thing to have in rainy weather. imagine you are waliking on a road while raining and you saw a small hotel or dhaba and were we can drink hot with full of masala and ginger tea.
so tasty. the real fun of cutting chai is is rainy weather and the cutting chai of dhabas are best. you cant find the cutting chai of dhabas anywhere in big hotels or any other place.
2. pakora and bhajia.
Ahh! the feeling of having sizzling hot pakoras or bhajias on the street sides while raining. with the spicy bhajias the chutnies.
the chutnie we get with the bhajias is mindblowing. the combination of bhajias and chutnie is best. i love both. and cutting chai with this is best.
3. Samosas
the another item of rainy season. the hot and crunchy item. with full of stuffed potatoes in it. Ahh! my mouth is full of water if your also let me know in the comment box.
with samosa we get the chutnie. these chutnies are best i love them. these spicy chutnies are very tasty.
4. Kachori
again a very tasty item. this item is also super duper tasty. kolhapuri kachori a very well known kachori which is really best and tasty.
with kachori the big and small fried green chillies. spicy but the combination is best.the kachori of shegaon is best. if you have not eaten you must try it.
5. bhutta { Corn}
Again a speciality of rainy season. this can be eaten in two ways by boiling and baking it on stove. after boiling or baking applying lemon,red chillie powder, black pepper and salt makes it very tasty.
eating bhutta in open, means while raining in open nature eating bhutta increases the joy of rainy season.
6. Pav bhaji
pav bhaji is my favourite dish. the pavs which are baked on tavas which are buttery and soft. this is the popular dish of mumbi. which must be eaten in rainy season.
the combination of spicy bhaji, buttery pavs, lemon,and chopped onion is best. the bhaji is also made on big tavas in hotels and dhabas. i like the pavbhaji of hotels and dhabas most that the pavbhaji of our house.
7. Vadapav
This is also the most famous dish of mumbai. the vadas are made of batter, this batter is made of besan, then in this the balls of potatoes are dip and fried.
Then it is served with pavs. then with vada pav we get the fried spicy chillies.
And more the combination of chutnies and ketchup is best with vadapav. this item must not be missed during rainy season.
8. Aloo paratha
Ahh! Again my favorite dish. Aloo paratha is stuffed with potatoes.
Aloo paratha with ketchup and over aloo paratha a lot of butter or ghee. Yum! I like aloo paratha it's very tasty.
9. Pani puri
Who doesn't like panic puri. Everybody is fan of pani puri. The special water with two flavors: spicy and sweet both are amazing.
Someone it puri with spicy water and someone with sweet only. But someone take both water. But at last the taste is amazing.

10. Soup
Soups are awesome. My favorite soup is Manchow.
Apart from all this, it is very healthy to drink these boiled soups during the rainy season when the water quality might not be up to the mark.
11. Salted peanuts
Every body loves salted peanuts. They are very tasty. It can be eaten while doing time pass or just watching TV.
12. Packet foods.
Chips, kurkure, bhujia sev, etc can be eaten. It's tasty but not that much good for health so eat it in small amount.
13. Jalebi and fafda
Most famous dish of Gujrati people. And mine too. The sweet hot jalebi is my favourite. The combination of jalebi fafda is best. And with that papaya ka sambhara is best. By writing this all my mouth started watering if yours too please comment.

You can eat this all things but you must do daily exercise because these foods are good in taste but if these foods are only ate and not done excercise so you may become more fatty.
You must do daily excercise. And as it's rainy season most people eat oily food more. You can eat oily food but in minimum amount.
But in today's Date you must avoid these oily foods. after the pandemic is cleared you must eat these all foods but in proper amount with plenty of exercise.
Please do exercise in rainy season as you will eat junk food it will affect your health. So to maintain good health please do exercise.
I am again and again telling because with my article you will feel to eat this all and you may eat one of them or two of them items. Depends on you. So after that or when you have eaten the junk food please do excercise. To maintain your good health.
