What is Neurogenesis? ~ When a baby child is born he/ she has 100 billion neuron connections. so talking with that child in different languages makes it more creative and active. ~ Between the age of 1 to 13 there is higher capacity of learning things faster than any other person. thats why some parents keep their child engaged in different classes and things. ~ Any skill can be developed faster in this age group. after the age 13 the neuron production is less or get reduced. after that the speed of learning or learning different skills get reduced. ~ So to keep the neuron production stable or to increase the neuron production rate in brain there are few steps or excercises. ~ So basically Neurogenesis is a process by which new neurons are formed in the brain. ~ it is a process in which embryo is developiong and continues in certain brain region after birth and throught are life span. ~ the mature brain has many specialised ares of function , and neurons that differ in structure and

There are many ways to increase mind power,but if you want to do some things consistently over a longer period of time.
So today I am going to tell six ways,so that you can also improve your brain power...

1.Walking
You might think how by walking mind power can be increased.
There is a science behind that.
Firstly I will tell how brain power is increasing, when the production of neurons is high than the normal no. of production of neurons then the mind power is increasing..by walking neurons production can be increased ..
2.EXERCISE
We all know that we should be getting regular exercise. Regular exercise make human fit..
Excercise not only helps to improve your health but benefits your brain health and cognition it can also improve your memory .In the long run, it can even protect your brain against degeneration.
3.Drink Coffee
Many people start their days with a cup of coffee, and it turns out this ritual could actually benefit your cognitive functions in the short term. But that doesn't mean that by only drinking coffee memory power can be increased..
Caffeine, of course, helps to keep you alert. However, it can also help you to stay focused on repetitive and tedious tasks, and will even boost your intelligence, including your reaction time and reasoning.
4.Get Some Sunlight.
Sunlight and exercise can sometimes go hand in hand. This mostly depends on what part of the world you live in, how much sunlight is available at different times of the year and how realistic it is for you to spend time in the outdoors.
Sunlight is the best source of Vitamin D.
Getting too little sunlight is not good for your brain. Higher levels of vitamin D in your system allow you to perform better, and can even slow down the aging of your brain.
Too much sunlight can be bad for your skin, but if you aren't getting enough, your brain functions may suffer.
5.Meditate
When talking about mind power,the first topic which come to are mind is meditation..
Meditation is a trending topic among many entrepreneurs right now, and its benefits are hard to argue with. Not only does meditation reduce your stress levels, it can also prevent age-related disorders such as Alzheimer's or dementia.
6.Sleep Well
Some people say minimum 8 hours is required for body but its on you how much hours you want for sleep,but minimum 6 to 7hours is required for 9th or 10th students..
Sleep is required to consolidate memory and learning. If you don't get enough sleep, your gray-matter volume in your frontal lobe may begin to decrease. Your frontal lobe supports and controls your working memory as well as executive function, making it particularly important.
